Just delicious. It's just a shame that you can't get past it by bypassing it.

The staff is not able to speak German. I couldn't get a voucher. I couldn't be advised or helped. Absolutely sad. Absolutely incompetent. Worst thing I've ever been to. I will never go to KFC again.

Was not at peace again, if you come from churchmen you order what you want and at home you notice that 3 things are missing again and that has already happened 2 times Just sad, at first I closed my eyes and complained on the phone, the second time I called and drove there, then you feel humiliating because nothing happened to mine

The food can actually only be good, but unfortunately this was a disappointment. Next time MCs.

In my opinion, employees are not competent enough because they don't speak German. If you ask something they get rude.

The last time I was there, you could only order via the drive in counter. That went well and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Came in at 9:30 p.m. and made a large order and ordered again at the counter because forgot and consideration was given and the staff is very friendly

I wanted to redeem vouchers via the Lidl Plus app at noon today. I was told that the vouchers are not redeemable at this branch, even though the KFC website says otherwise. So I had to pay almost double the price. Bad service and poorly informed staff!

At the drive in I noticed that various kitchen helpers were working with the mask under their chin. When I pointed this out to the operator of the switch she said to me (sitting alone in the car) "You don't wear a mask" turned away from me and ignored me and asked.

The quality has declined significantly for many months, I was a big fan of kfc, but I don't go to Bad Oeynhausen anymore. My brother lives there, says the same thing.

One star is too many. The staff is totally rude and the place just looks dirty. The food was a disaster, cold, not through and half was simply missing from the children's menu, the reason for the missing goods is probably Corona!?!? = Statement by the employee. I don't know what that should tell me now. I am really shocked that such a meal is even given to the customer. Something must happen, because we felt really sick after the visit although we only ate a third because it was just inedible.

Something else . & Also delicious . But points are deducted for the prices ... A large fries for over € 3, where you have 2 small fries at the competition / more & pay less

Not yet possible to eat in the shop. Walking through the drive, ordering food, was funny. ? Super nice and patient staff and always very accommodating management! Price goes well with quality. Clean area. Disabled and children friendly fast food restaurant!

A very clean and nicely decorated restaurant, the food for fast food good as always. It's just a shame that you can't get "real" cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses here (as in Neu-Ulm, for example), which relieves the burden on the environment and makes the ambience look even better.

We really had very good experiences with the Kfc in Bad Oeynhausen. The food was good and the price-performance ratio fits. Other fast food chains charge at least as much and the quality is not really better. But special praise goes to the service. Despite the disrespectful behavior of other customers, they still reacted in a friendly manner and really looked after us. Again, big praise and God's blessing!

Yeah , it's expensive but sometimes you know you just want it.

Food is as in all KFC's but the service was terribly slow.

Long lines and slow staff take the fast out of fast food...

Took forever to get our food - i dont know if it was just a busy day or there wasn't enough staff....
